Warranty Period for Nefficar Voice Amplifier N511-UHF purchased from Nefficar is 1 year from the original date of the purchase. The warranty requires that this product be used in the manner for which it was intended and that it is installed & maintained in accordance with the instructions.

Warranty covers: •any defects in materials used to manufacture your product •any defects in workmanship under normal use

DOESN’T INCLUDE •Damage of a product resulting from negligence •Damage of a product resulting from unitended use •Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product •Damage caused by natural disaster •Theft or loss of the product •Warranty does not cover performance affected by moisture, smoke, or heat, Incorrect installation, Poor service / maintenance practice. •Damage to surface finish caused by inappropriate cleaning products. Any signs of physical damage to the product due to unintended use nullifies warranty.

HOW TO AVAIL WARRANTY? •Warranty must be validated with original proof of purchase. •The product must be returned by buyer to the merchant address in its original packaging. The return should not be sent to us without prior authorization. •You need to bear the charges for shipping, handling, etc. for returning the product to the merchant address. •Jurisdiction Bengaluru This warranty protects only the original end-user (“you”), and is not transferrable. Any attempt to transfer this warranty shall immediately make this warranty void.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from user error, regular wear and tear, mishandling, or any damage caused by external factors such as power fluctuations. Any repairs or replacements required due to these issues will be at the user’s expense.

To maintain your product in optimal condition, we highly recommend using only the provided adapter, which includes surge protection to safeguard against electrical fluctuations. Using third-party chargers or adapters may void the warranty and risk damage to the device.
